OUR WORK IN SAMOA

According to the World Health Organisation, 41% of women in Samoa have experienced some form of partner violence and 20% had experienced sexual violence in their lifetime. 62% of women had experienced violence by someone other than a partner. Due to the lack of reporting around violence against women in Samoa, perpetrators are afforded widespread impunity and women and girls have little access to justice.

Sisters For Change launched activities in Samoa in 2019.
